Meditation Calendars
Simple weekly charts that you can print out and use to track your progress with meditation. Cut them out, and put them where you're going to see them every day. Check off the days when you meditate, and see how you're doing. Use a new one each week, and laugh at the weeks when you don't make a mark. Buddha himself took a while to get the hang of it.
